Dear Esteemed Colleagues and Friends,

It is my great privilege, on behalf of Asian EUS Korea, to extend a heartfelt invitation to the EUS Summit 2026, which will be held at Grand Walkerhill Seoul, Korea, from October 24 to 25, 2026.

The field of Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) is rapidly expanding from its origins in diagnostic imaging to a wide range of therapeutic applications. What began with EUS-guided pseudocyst drainage has now evolved into a range of interventional procedures, including pancreatobiliary drainage, gastrojejunostomy, and ablation therapy. At the same time, Contrast-Enhanced EUS (CE-EUS) has broadened its role, enabling clinicians to differentiate benign from malignant lesions in the pancreas, gallbladder, lymph nodes, and other gastrointestinal structures.

Many Asian centers are at the forefront of these advances, actively shaping the future of therapeutic EUS. Recognizing this momentum, the EUS Summit 2026 will provide a timely opportunity for trainees, investigators, and experts to come together, exchange experiences, and discuss the next steps in this rapidly evolving field.

The organizing committee has prepared a comprehensive program that reflects these recent developments, combining lectures, abstract presentations, and live demonstrations. We believe this summit will serve not only as a platform for scientific progress but also as a vibrant forum for collaboration and mentorship across generations of EUS practitioners.
